This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ListInfo ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding the use of our mobile application ("ListInfo" or "Application").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APPLICATION.
1. License Grant
ListInfo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Application
- Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this Agreement
- Use the Application to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
3. Data Privacy
ListInfo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All your tasks and data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your tasks, nor do we share any information with third parties. For more information, please review ourPrivacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ListInfo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
5. Updates and Maintenance
ListInfo may provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Application. You agree to install such updates to continue using the Application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your devices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ListInfo DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ListInfo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
